Mole Verde is El Molcajete Sauce's nut-free version of the green mole. This mole sauce has a bit of spice from the Serrano chili and texture from the pumpkin seeds. El Molcajete blends raw tomatillos to add to the fresh flavor.
Try it on top of eggs, eat with chips, use as a salad dressing, sautéed with shrimp. They love it with roasted Brussel sprouts!
